We have negotiated a special rate for our members at Millennium Hilton, Bangkok.
The hotel must be booked through us, as based on this, we negotiated the entire meeting package, we already engaged by signing a contract.
Day 01: Sunday, November 10th, 2024
Check-in at MILLENNIUM HILTON, BANGKOK
14.00 – 18.00: Registration opened in the lobby
Set in the heart of of the riverside district, the Millennium Hilton – a five star hotel,
the perfect base we from Bangkok’s most iconic temples and historical sites.
The hotel exceeds the expectations of the modern traveler and is the ideal business and pleasure.
The hotel is located just 10 minutes’ drive from City Center and 30 minutes’ drive to the Airport.

As we reach the last day of the Annual Meeting, we will be having Dinner at Mango Tree Restaurant, a perfect place where you can enjoy outdoor seating under the Mango Trees or indoors in an original traditional Thai House over 100 years old.
LEISURE DAY AGENDA
Thursday, November 14th, 2024 (Optional)
To get the most out of every aspect of Bangkok, we provide an extra day to experience what this beautiful country has to offer!
The day will start at 08:00hrs in the morning and dedicate through Historic City of Ayutthaya for visiting the most important temples of the city that have been seat of the kings of Siam for over 400 years.
We will start from very ancient monastery, here we will meet a community of monks who still follow the teachings of Theravada Buddhism.
Afterwards we will visit the mystical temple Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon and then continue with Wat Mahathat, famous for the Buddha’s head nestled among the roots of a centuries-old tree.
Once we will conclude the tour, we will have lunch at Kaowlaor at 13:00, after lunch we will reach the ruins of the famous Cambodian-style pagodas in the temple of the ancient royal palace, Wat Sri Samphet. Last visit of the day will be Cambodian-style pagodas of the immense Wat Chai Wattanaram, scenically nestled on the banks of the Chao Phraya River.
After a long day, we will get back to the Hotel around 17:00hrs.
To end the day at its best, we will have dinner at Opus Restaurant, the best Italian experience in Bangkok!
Meeting Package (not considering additional leisure day) includes:
